ETC does not have a Service Call Fee or any other hidden fees. We do have a Diagnostic Fee, however. This fee is charged to you for a full diagnostic analysis of your system. We let you know UP FRONT the cost of the Diagnostic Fee. In some cases the fee will be waived, if you choose to have ETC repair or replace your system. ETC Service Technicians will always show you what is wrong with your system and what it will take to complete the job. You decide if you want the work done.
Preferred customer with one of ETC’s Maintenance Plans have no overtime rates and they receive preferred service scheduling. You can become a preferred customer by calling ETC and asking about our Maintenance Plans. We will help you enroll.
